Where are my products shipped from?
We partner with a network of wonderful suppliers, so your items may be shipped from various locations! This smart approach is how we offer such an amazing and affordable selection, all collected here in one place just for you. However the majority of these products are sourced within the UK.
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you have an issue with your order (damage, defect, or wrong item), we won't ask you to initiate a return or collection process until a resolution has been determined. We will immediately focus on finding a fast solution to make things right! This ensures your replacement or refund is processed as quickly as possible, allowing you to secure your gift in time for the big day.
We understand that time is sensitive and so we will do our best to rectify any issues and the best way to do this is to send a replacement ASAP and worry about the return afterwards we don't want to let anyone down! (Please note a full investigation will be carried out and a replacement will be authorized solely on the basis of review by our team)
